Shipping Policies:

Orders are typically filled once weekly, but please allow up to two weeks for your order to be on its way. Choosing a faster shipping option only affects transit time, not turnaround time. If you need your order by a specific date, please write and let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

 Packaging:

All orders are packaged in curbside recyclable packaging, including the tape. We use Whiplash mailers for shipping LPs. All records are removed from the jacket prior to being packed up.

 Tracking:

All orders, both domestic and international, are shipped via USPS. Tracking is provided for all parcels except for patch only orders which are shipped as first class letters.

 Returned items:

We will refund the cost of the item for any orders that are returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, but not the cost of shipping. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer unless I made a mistake and sent the wrong item.

International tracking and fees:

Tracking will follow until the parcel leaves the US. Some countries’ delivery services will provide some degree of tracking in the destination country. It is not possible to file a claim for a lost international package when shipped as USPS first class international. Heavier packages will default to Priority International, which includes customer support for missing packages.

While Shopify checkout does a decent job of calculating the cost of shipping, it does not anticipate or include customs fees that are sometimes needed to complete a delivery. This is most common in Germany, where the recipient may need to pay sometimes more than the cost of the item in fees to claim their package. If unclaimed, it will be sent back to the US. In that case, I will refund the cost of the item, but not the cost of shipping. At this time, we have no way to anticipate or include this fee at the time of ordering.

Adding items:

Please do not ask to add items to existing orders. Simply place a second order and I will refund the difference in shipping cost when the orders are packaged together. This keeps us from having to cover additional shipping costs.

Signed records :

For those collectors who like to have their records signed, please include the name of the recipient when writing with your request. Austin will not autograph any records unless it’s to an individual.
