Shipping Policies:

Orders are typically filled once weekly, but please allow up to two weeks for your order to be on its way. Choosing a faster shipping option only affects transit time, not turnaround time. If you need your order by a specific date, please write and let me know and I will do my best to accommodate.

Returns and Cancellations:

Items in an order may be cancelled up until the time of fulfillment. 

Unwashed, unworn and undamaged items may be returned within a month of delivery. Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees. 

To initiate a return or cancellation, contact us directly by replying to the order confirmation or if you have a shop account, use the customer account link found on the store's homepage or by visiting customer account .

 Packaging:

All orders are packaged in curbside recyclable packaging, including the tape. We use Whiplash mailers for shipping LPs. All records are removed from the jacket prior to being packed up.

 Tracking:

Tracking is provided for all parcels except for patch only orders that are shipped as first class letters (if that option is chosen). 

 Returned items:

We will refund the cost of the item for any orders that are returned due to insufficient or incorrect address, but not the cost of shipping. Return shipping is at the cost of the customer unless I made a mistake and sent the wrong item.

International tracking and fees:

We have recently updated checkout for international orders to reflect the cost of duties and taxes at checkout. This means nothing is due upon delivery. DDP (delivered duty paid) is only supported through FedEx and DHL, so USPS should no longer be an option for international orders at checkout. 

Tracking should follow the package through delivery. 

If the parcel is unclaimed, it will be sent back to the US. In that case, I will refund the cost of the item once it returns, but not the cost of shipping. 

Adding items:

Please do not ask to add items to existing orders. Simply place a second order and I will refund the difference in shipping cost when the orders are packaged together. This keeps us from having to cover additional shipping costs.

Signed records :

For those collectors who like to have their records signed, please include the name of the recipient when writing with your request. Austin will not autograph any records unless it’s to an individual.
